Ballantyne Gardens warranties our trees and shrubs, against death, for the purchase price, for a period of one fill year from the date of purchase. Should the tree or shrub perish within that time, just bring it in, along with your receipt and this warranty, for store credit. Ballantyne Gardens is not responsible for animal and people damage, or acts of God. We reserve the right to determine our level of liability upon inspection of the product. |
